Account Manager

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
If you have a working knowledge of Search Engine Marketing and/or Google Certification for Google Adwords, we抮e interested in speaking to you. SearchIgnite is seeking both Junior and Senior level Account Managers responsible for strategic client accounts. These positions will report to the Director of Client Services and are responsible for training clients in the use of the SearchIgnite software and troubleshooting any client related issues.

RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE:

• Acting as primary point-of-contact for Clients
• Managing client requests deciphering, documenting and resolving specific requests
• Troubleshooting product and client issues in co-operation with technical personnel
• On-boarding new clients with Search Ignite technology
• Training clients to use the Search Ignite technology
• Proactively finding new ways to build the client's business and grow accounts
• Mastering and updating clients with search engine changes and how those changes will impact their use of the SearchIgnite technology
• Overseeing all the aspects of providing a positive client experience

Senior Product Manager

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
SearchIgnite is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join a dynamic team charged with designing and implementing the next generation of our media management application using cutting edge UI framework for high profile clients in advertising, media, entertainment, commerce, and travel.

RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE:

• Translate product concepts into detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) including use cases and wire frames
• Lead multiple product development efforts through the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) process from concept through implementation
• Perform project management functions including developing and managing timelines via MS Project, gathering estimates, progress reports, issue resolution, etc.
• Work with customers and internal user groups to solicit new product features and enhancements
• Assist in managing and directing creative design UI, usability, and information architecture efforts
• Constantly look for ways to improve and create efficiencies in the SDLC
• Perform ongoing competitive analysis
• Continue to improve industry knowledge
• Perform user acceptance testing to ensure that the end product adheres to functional specifications and standards

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 7-10 years experience as a full time product manager of Internet and backend supporting applications

Technical Project Manager

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Searchignite is seeking a talented and experienced Technical Project Manager to guide and coordinate development projects within the business unit. In this capacity s/he will actively participate in all technical aspects of development from product direction and requirement gathering all the way to deployment and maintenance / support. The position will continually collaborate with other corporate teams.
RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE:

• Plan, schedule, manage, and track project activities across the technology group using project management best practices.
• Coordinate the activities of internal product departments to produce consolidated project plans.
• Coordinate the development of complex system designs that preclude single points of failure.
• Coordinate and document system troubleshooting efforts.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Senior UI Designer overall responsibility will be to partner with our product development and group push the envelope of design and creativity for future releases of our web application.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

We are looking for current college students who can commit a minimum of 15 hours a week for a full semester. In this role you will be working alongside our Director of Training and Development assisting in all proofreading, indexing, and creating table of contents for all major technical documents.
